Greek socialism collapsing

Posted on Updated on

The Greek economic system is collapsing, and it may very well take the Euro with it.

The number of people on the public dole finally exceeded the social system’s ability to pay.

I’m here in Europe watching the Euro about to crash. Capitalism is not suffering from what its opponents would like us to think–that is capitalism as its own enemy. It’s being chipped away at, being morphed into socialism. We’re becoming the slaves of the government, not its masters. And we did it to ourselves. We put pretty people in power–because we love pretty people.

But I do have more faith in the American people than most. There are many who voted for Obama who would like America to collapse, despite themselves.

The author of the article makes the excellent point about fertility rates. It’s amazing here in Germany how many women I see walking around who apparently have no children. I actually suspect that if we looked at fertility rates of past empires, we would see that the rates declined as the empire neared its end. Fortunately, America’s fertility rate is quite strong, much better than the Europeans.

My Greek granny is 87 and an avid socialist. See, Yiayia? We DO live to see socialism steal all our money!

BTW: Once the Euro does crash; buy a BMW for cheap!

Great post, socialism is powerful in its ability to destroy wealth, and Greek socialists, having destroyed their own wealth, now are more than happy to destroy wealth in Germany, the EU, and the world (through IMF “loans”).

Mr. Obama seeks to ruin the United States in just the same fashion by destroying the middle and upper class and creating an underclass of unproductive, destitute people who must rely on a central government for their very lives (healthcare).

But November is coming, and this man will be stopped.

Valid points, indeed. As I’ve said; It depends on HOW we execute. If we create a poorly designed system, we waste our resources to promote sloth.
