I yet live

Posted on

I’m still here. Currently at the Army’s Advanced Leader’s Course in Arizona. Needless to say, I have a lot of writing and explaining to do, as to my whereabouts in the last two months. That’s all forthcoming. For now, let’s just say from time to time the monks of old found it necessary to withdraw from the world to reflect on their own beliefs.

Posts to begin anew in a couple of weeks when I’m back home. Until then, keep being skeptical of modernity.

Very glad you’re back. It’s hard keeping up a blog and it’s a pain. It’s good to know all is well with you. I can’t count the # of times in the past few weeks I saw something on the news and was thinking “I can’t wait to see what Doug has to say about this.” – Anyway, take your time, be well, I can’t speak for everyone else but I’ll still be here and I’m pretty sure the rest of your readers will too.

    Glad everything is OK.

I am certainly curious what you have thinking about, Magus.

See TJ, I told you he wasn’t in prison.

Been getting all my enlisted man perspective from a marine coworker. Desperately seeking perspective on this Bergdahl thing… as well as others. Glad you’re back. Really, TJ (*shakes head, walks away*).
